Returns & Right of Withdrawal
This policy explains the Buyer’s right to withdraw from an order and return products purchased from the Wildberry.ee online store.Last updated: 22.06.2026
- Right of Withdrawal
Private consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer (other than the carrier), receives the goods. For orders consisting of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final item is received.
- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened after delivery. A large part of the Wildberry.ee product range consists of intimate and hygiene products, so we ask you to pay special attention to this exception: if the product’s hygienic protective seal, film, or packaging has been opened, the product can no longer be returned.Samuti ei kehti taganemisõigus toodetele, mis on valmistatud Ostja isiklikke vajadusi arvestades või Ostja esitatud tingimuste kohaselt, ning kiiresti riknevatele toodetele.
- Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their intention to withdraw before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period by sending a clear statement to the email address
info@wildberry.ee. The statement should include the order number, the product being returned, and the Buyer’s contact details. The withdrawal request may be submitted in any format or by using the withdrawal form template provided at the end of this policy.After receiving the withdrawal request, the Seller will provide the Buyer with return instructions and the return address. The Buyer must return the product without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request.
- Condition of the Returned Product
The returned product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging, with the hygienic protective seal and any security seals unopened. The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functionality.
- Return Costs
The Buyer is responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. For returns, the Buyer may use Wildberry.ee’s delivery partners (DPD, SmartPost, Omniva, Unisend).
- Refunds
The Seller will refund the Buyer all payments received in connection with the order, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the Buyer choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery option offered), no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the Buyer has provided proof that the product has been returned. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
- Right to Submit a Complaint
In the event of a product defect, the Buyer has the right to submit a complaint to the Seller within two years from the date of receiving the product. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the defect within a reasonable time, but no later than two months after discovering the defect, by sending a notice to
info@wildberry.ee. In the case of a defective product, the Buyer has the right to request repair or replacement of the product and, if this is not possible, to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund. The right to submit a complaint does not apply to defects caused by improper use of the product or normal wear and tear.
