Send eligible items back within 14 days, handled with the same discretion as every order you place with us.
You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to tell us you want to return an eligible item. The right of withdrawal applies to every order placed on Luxury Canoodles.
How a return works
Tell us
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you want to return.
Pack it
Place the item back in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
Send it
Ship it back through DPD, SmartPost, Omniva or Unisend, using any parcel locker you like.
Get refunded
Once we receive and check the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method.
What we can and cannot take back
Sealed & unused
- Unopened products with original seals and packaging intact
- Items in fully resaleable, unused condition
- Anything that arrives faulty, damaged or not as described
- Wrong item sent? That is on us, and always returnable
Opened intimate goods
- Intimate and personal wellness products once the seal is broken
- Items opened, used or tested, for health and hygiene reasons
- Products without their original protective packaging
- Gift cards and items marked final sale
When you get refunded
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your returned item, straight to the card or account you paid with. Original shipping is refunded for faulty or incorrect orders. Return postage on a change of mind is covered by you.
